As a member of Kyrene Elementary School District Governing Board, I will work to ensure that KYRENE ELEMENTARY's long-standing reputation for excellence in PUBLIC EDUCATION remains intact and continues into the future.
I will help to maintain an educational environment where each STUDENT is eager to come to school, every EDUCATOR feels a sense of fulfillment and pride in their work, and every PARENT trusts that KYRENE schools work consistently to keep their children SAFE and LEARNING at school.
I will strive to make our KYRENE PUBLIC SCHOOLS institutional leaders of the KYRENE COMMUNITY, where PARENTS, EDUCATORS, CHILDREN, and other STAKEHOLDERS come together safely in an atmosphere of MUTUAL RESPECT and TRUST to ensure that our children learn the things that will help them grow into happy, successful adults.
KYRENE PUBLIC SCHOOL GOALS
PUBLIC SCHOOL is the place where our children are presented with ideas and experiences to help them understand the world, our nation, and their place in it.
We entrust our KYRENE PUBLIC-SCHOOL educators with the responsibility to give our children the tools they need to become citizens who are prepared to live successfully in our democracy.
Our KYRENE PUBLIC SCHOOLS must be safe. I will use my position on the KYRENE Governing Board to stay vigilant and work to implement practices that are proven to minimize the threat to all those present in our schools while maximizing teaching and learning.
